Blum Coffee House, Akaretler, which is a unique place with its creative design, gourmet flavors and different philosophy, offering speciality coffee and natural, and organic flavors, is opened in December 2016 in Istanbul.
Blum Coffee House is a place where you can sip your coffee comfortably in a different and unusual atmosphere and return to your childhood in the swing corner. Our mission is to create a warm and peaceful environment in which coffee lovers come together to enjoy qualified coffee and feel themselves in their homes. Our passion for coffee and the happiness of our guests is our greatest driving force.
With our slogan ‘Blum Your Day/ Flowering Your Day’, we offer the coffee we made from fair-trades and qualified coffee beans in the highest standards with third generation methods. From Espresso -based beverages to new generation brewing methods and Blum signed specialties, we have a wide coffee menu as well as a beverage menu with qualified teas and products such as Smoothie/Milkshake. Single origin coffee beans are used for espresso -based beverages, while we use a special blender for Blum for milk drinks. There are also alternatives of organic coffee beans for both brewing and espresso beverages.
